Our Team

Jeffrey Li

Jeffrey is the founder of Summit Path Multifamily. He has 10+ years of extensive experience in real estate investment using multiple strategies and models such as multifamily, lease options, fix and flip, and BRRRR. Through his strong commitment and action-taking mentality, he quickly achieved financial freedom within two years of starting his real estate investment journey.

Jeffrey has strong asset management experience from his past investments and consistently improves the performance of his investors' hard-earned money to achieve their financial goals.

He is also a real estate investment trainer and mentor in multiple investor communities, and he has helped many of his students achieve financial freedom as well.

Amy Liu

Amy is the co-founder of Summit Path Multifamily. She has 10+ years of extensive experience in real estate investment using multiple strategies and models such as multifamily, lease options, fix and flip, and BRRRR.

Amy's areas of expertise include accounting, financial analysis, and asset management. She comes from a corporate background of Senior Accountant at a large Fortune 500 company. She has been conducting the financial analysis and management for real estate investment deals over 10+ years.

Jessica Li

Jessica invests in real estate alongside her parents, Jeffrey and Amy. She started investing in income properties in Canada and is expanding her portfolio into US commercial multifamily.

She comes from a software engineering background at a leading tech company and is skilled in financial analysis, due diligence, and marketing.
